
Posing The Grading of Writing As A Racist Problem: A Keynote Talk with Dr. Asao B. Inoue
The Dimensions of Culture Writing Program (DOC) in Marshall College and DOC Associate Director and Commons Changemaker Faculty Fellow Dr. Emily Johnston are pleased to announce that they are bringing labor-based contract grading scholar Dr. Asao B. Inoue to campus (virtually) to talk with the university community about antiracist assessment practices: Monday, April 11 from 2:30-4 pm. For anyone engaged in the teaching or learning of writing in any capacity and anyone who integrates writing into their classrooms, this talk will be particularly beneficial.
