Making & Cancelling an Appointment

The video below provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you make an appointment.

Students are able to make appointments three days in advance. If you currently do not see any appointments available, we recommend that you come back earliest tonight by 12:00 AM to see new availability. For example, if you are searching on a Monday you will be able to see Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday’s appointments. By 12:00 AM on Tuesday you will be able to see and book Friday’s appointments.

Our Hours and Locations

Undergraduate writing services support will start on Monday, April 6th (Week 2).  

In-Person Tutoring Sessions

Location: Teaching and Learning Common (Geisel Library 1st Floor West)

Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am - 7pm

Virtual Tutoring Sessions

Location: Zoom (Select "online" when creating appointment)

Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am - 7pm

Please note that as a student, you can book up to 3 back-to-back appointments!

We offer tutoring for ANY UC San Diego course with a writing project, as well as select personalized writing prompts including but not limited to: 

• Personal Statements
• Resumes, Applications, Cover Letters
• Journaling for reflective practice 

If you are looking for support for a non-course writing project (i.e. a personal statement, cover letter, graduate school application, etc.) , be sure to select "unenrolled - non-course writing project" in the drop-down menu for "courses."
